Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support the digitization and implementation of various systems within the company.* Manage and maintain internal networks, ensuring their optimal performance and security.* Oversee data management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.* Work with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and implement solutions.* Assist in the integration and management of document management systems.* Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.* Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues as they arise.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of technology. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.* Proven experience in system digitization and implementation.* Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs.* Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.* Experience with document management systems and processes.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: * Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.* Familiarity with IT compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
