We are looking for an International Patient Consultant to manage our global patient communication, coordinate treatment processes, and represent Luxmed internationally. Job Description The International Patient Consultant will be the main contact person for international patients, guiding them from the first inquiry to treatment completion. Responsibilities - Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online meetings. - Understand patient needs, medical conditions, and mobility goals. - Collect medical information and coordinate with prosthetic specialists. - Prepare treatment plans, quotations, and follow-up processes. - Manage patient relationships and ensure excellent service quality. - Represent Luxmed during international consultations, medical tourism events, and patient evaluation days. - Support translation and communication between patients and clinical teams. Requirements - Fluent in Turkish, English, and Arabic (written and spoken). - Experience in medical tourism, healthcare sales, international patient services, or customer relations is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Patient-focused, responsible, organized, and target-oriented. - Willingness to travel internationally when required.
