WE’RE HIRING | Senior Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist with strong experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and turning them into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and action plans.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and target audience research.
- Develop creative campaign concepts and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure campaign quality and consistency.
- Generate strategies to increase leads, conversions, sales, and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Strong professional experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in creating Marketing Plans and Campaign Strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of Branding, Content Marketing, and Customer Journey.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
