Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Assistant (Translator) who is fluent in Turkish andFrench or Spanish to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting international patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring clear communication, comfort, and a seamless experience from arrival to aftercare. Key Responsibilities - Assist and guide patients before, during, and after their treatments. - Provide accurate verbal and written translation between patients and medical staff. - Ensure patients fully understand treatment plans, procedures, and post-treatment instructions. - Coordinate with medical, sales, and customer care teams to deliver a smooth and positive patient experience. - Support patients with scheduling, follow-ups, and general inquiries. - Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the CRM system. - Build trust-based relationships and provide emotional support when needed. Requirements - Fluent in Turkish and French or Spanish. - Previous experience in patient coordination, medical translation, healthcare services, or customer support (preferably in dental or medical tourism fields). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
