Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Specialist to join our team and support our HR department in our HQ that located in Florya/Beşyol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR operations at the HQ. Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in monitoring and following up on employee attendance, leaves, and absences. Support the payroll process by collecting, checking, and following up on relevant employee data and monthly payroll inputs. Assist with employee compensation and benefits, including tracking compensation-related requests, adjustments, and payments. Support performance management processes and employee relations activities. Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation when required - - Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Previous experience in HR administration or office support is an advantage. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English. - High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
