Executive Employment Opportunity – General Manager for a High-Tech Manufacturing FacilityLocation: Basaksehir – Istanbul – TurkeyCompany: Ajax Detection Technology ⸻ We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead a fully integrated factory specialized in the production of advanced metal detection devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, capable of managing operations, production, and development within a dynamic industrial environment. Factory Departments:•Warehousing (raw materials, packaging, accessories)•Assembly and Production•Quality Control and Final Finishing•Research & Development (Engineering & Software)•Media and Design•Sales and Customer Service•Accounting and Financial Management ⸻ Key Responsibilities:•Full oversight of all factory departments and operations•Structuring and developing the administrative and operational hierarchy•Managing daily operations and tracking performance indicators (KPIs)•Promoting a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency•Reporting directly to the company’s General Director ⸻ Candidate Requirements:•Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in managing industrial or high-tech facilities•Strong background in engineering, electronics, or manufacturing technologies•Demonstrated leadership, decisiveness, and hands-on problem-solving skills•Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish or Arabic is a plus)•Legal Status Requirement:* Holder of a valid Istanbul Kimlik or* Holder of dual citizenship, including Turkish nationality* Legal residency status in Turkey must be 100% compliant•Full-time commitment and ability to work on-site in Istanbul ⸻ Ideal Profile:A mature professional in their 40s or 50s with extensive field experience, strong executive presence, and a comprehensive development-oriented vision. ⸻ To Apply:Please send your CV and cover letter to:[email protected]
