Event Coordinator

Responsibilities: Research and Identification: Find relevant events, summits, and conferences to Fintech and crypto where GCB can showcase its products or services. -Planning and Coordination: Organizing all aspects of event participation, including booth design, materials procurement, and logistical arrangements. -Vendor and Partner Liaison: Collaborating with booth builders, event organizers, and other vendors.coordinate with internal teams, such as partner success managers, to ensure a cohesive representation of the company. - Budget Management: Overseeing the budget for each event, ensuring costs are kept within the allocated budget. - Logistics Management: Arranging travel, accommodation, and transportation for team members attending the event. - On-site Management: Overseeing the setup and breakdown of exhibition spaces, managing on-site staff, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. - Post-Event Analysis: Evaluating the success of the event in terms of attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Providing feedback and insights for future events.
