Director of the Quality Department

"An American university with a regional office in Istanbul is seeking to hire a Director of the Quality Department." Roles and Responsibilities:•Develop and implement integrated strategies and systems to ensure quality in academic and administrative operations.•Update and improve quality policies in line with national and international standards.•Monitor the performance evaluation of academic programs and ensure compliance with local and international accreditation requirements.•Coordinate internal and external audits with relevant accrediting bodies.•Prepare regular performance reports and analyze data to improve processes.•Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.•Organize training sessions to raise quality awareness among staff.•Engage with students and faculty members to address quality-related issues.Requirements:•PhD or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Education (quality-related certifications are a plus).•10 years of experience in quality management (preferably in higher education).•Experience in implementing quality standards such as ISO 9001.•Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.How to Apply:Qualified and interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV along with a cover letter to the following email address:📧 [email protected]
