We are seeking a professional Clinic Manager to lead operations and ensure smooth daily management. Position: Clinic Manager Location: Bayrampaşa, Istanbul Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily clinic workflow and patient scheduling Supervise reception, dental assistants, and support staff Ensure smooth coordination between dentists and staff Administrative & HR Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and training Prepare staff schedules and handle attendance records Conduct performance evaluations and maintain HR files Financial & Procurement Monitor clinic expenses and prepare monthly reports Handle supplier communication and procurement of dental/medical materials Control stock levels and prevent expired or non-compliant products Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and hygiene standards Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections Implement clinic policies and continuous improvement initiatives Patient Relations Oversee front-desk operations and patient communication Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally Support marketing and community outreach activities Requirements Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of procurement, compliance, and HR processes Fluent in Turkish (English is an advantage) Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Working Hours: 9 AM till 6 PM We Offer Competitive salary package Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a reputable clinic 📩 How to Apply: Send your CV ON WhatsApp to: +90 536 840 44 08
