We are looking for a professional Real Estate Call Centre representative . The Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to all customers. Expert communication and listening skills are required for this challenging and rewarding position, which frequently represents as the company’s “face” to clients.   The Call Center Representative is able to solve the problem and provide an excellent customer service by effectively listening to identify the cause of issues and communicating in a clear and professional manner.   Qualifications / Skills: Verbal communication phone skills Listening • Informing Customer focus Customer service Attention to detail Professionalism • Multi-tasking • Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred.
