Business Administration Instructor / Lecturer – Part-Time

We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Business Administration Instructor / Lecturer to join our team and deliver professional courses and lectures in the fields of Business Administration, Management, and related business disciplines. Role Description This is a part-time, weekend, on-site position located in Fatih, Istanbul. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and academically sound courses, lectures, and training sessions related to Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and other relevant business fields. The ideal candidate should have strong academic expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a genuine passion for education and professional development. Qualifications - A Master's or PhD degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Studies, or a related specialization. - Strong academic and practical knowledge of business and management principles. - Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written. - Previous experience as an instructor, lecturer, trainer, business professional, or academic is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prepare and deliver structured, engaging, and meaningful lectures and courses. - Excellent knowledge of modern teaching methods and educational tools. - Ability to use computers and digital teaching platforms effectively. - A professional, patient, and engaging personality. - Passion for education and dedication to supporting learners. - Must be currently residing in Türkiye. - Availability to work on weekends.
