Our mission is to create confident and healthy smiles for everyone, and we're looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our team and help us achieve our goals.   Job Description:   As a Senior Sales Representative based in Istanbul, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai and the surrounding areas. You will work remotely in Istanbul, collaborating with our team that will provies the best leads and prospect patients to develop and implement effective telesales strategies and tactics .   Responsibilities:   Assist patients over the phone and using tele sales skills: You will assist patients over the phone and using tele sales skills. You will be able to effectively communicate with patients, answer their questions, and guide them through the sales process.   Monitor patients throughout their whole journey from start to finish through the phone, to insure that our patients gets the best experience possible.   Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Dubai market: You will research the market and identify new opportunities to expand our reach in Dubai. You will identify potential customers, determine their needs, and tailor our offerings to meet their requirements.   Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders all of that by using your phone: You will build and maintain strong relationships with Patients and and help identify their needs and requirements, and ensure they receive exceptional service from us.   Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives: You will develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will ensure our sales activities are aligned with our mission and vision.   Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences: You will collaborate with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. You will provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help us refine our marketing strategies.   Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis: You will be responsible for achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.     Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Tele sales experience recommended) 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the health industry Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken Tele sales skills and experience assisting patients over the phone: You will have excellent tele sales skills and experience assisting patients over the phone. You will be able to effectively communicate with patients, answer their questions, and guide them through the sales process. Results-driven and able to achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis: You will be results-driven and able to achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth. Knowledge of the orthodontic or dental industry is a plus: You will be able to quickly learn and adapt to our products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
